Medical and Laboratory Fluid-Handling Instruments
The MIOF-154CV can provide pressure feedback in equipment that pumps, filters or circulates compatible liquids through an internal manifold. Its 19 mm O-ring-mounted body integrates into the instrument’s fluid block, while the voltage-excited bridge supports ratiometric measurement by the controller. The normalized voltage-excited output supports integration with OEM instruments that already use ratiometric analog bridge conditioning.
Process-Analyzer Pressure Monitoring
The sensor can monitor pressure within chemical-analysis, water-quality and industrial sampling equipment. Pressure trends may be used to confirm pump operation or identify restrictions in filters and fluid pathways. The established 19 mm mechanical format and constant-voltage architecture support integration into instruments that already contain analog bridge-conditioning electronics.
Replacement in Voltage-Excited 154N Platforms
For equipment designed around a compatible voltage-excited 154N-format sensor, the MIOF-154CV may allow the existing cavity and analog electronics to be retained. This can reduce mechanical and circuit changes during second-source qualification or product-life extension. Exact output sensitivity, excitation, pressure reference, seal design and temperature performance must be compared before substitution.
