Hydraulic Manifold Pressure Feedback
The MIOF-86CC is suited to hydraulic manifolds in which the sensor mounts directly into a machined O-ring cavity. This arrangement can eliminate an external threaded adapter, reduce internal fluid volume and position the sensing diaphragm close to the pressure passage. Its constant-current bridge output allows the equipment manufacturer to tailor amplification, filtering and response for the hydraulic-control system.
Pump and Proportional-Valve Control Modules
Compact pump assemblies and proportional-valve blocks can use the MIOF-86CC to measure pressure within the control manifold. Direct cavity mounting reduces external tubing and potential leak paths, while stainless-steel isolation separates the process fluid from the silicon sensing element. The raw millivolt signal supports custom high-speed control electronics where the designer needs direct control over signal processing.
Medical and Laboratory Fluid-Control Manifolds
The sensor can measure compatible liquid or gas pressure in analyzer, washing, sterilization or laboratory fluid-control manifolds.
